Clinic Director 

Jennifer is a licensed speech language pathologist with over 20 years of experience in an array of settings and treating a vast population from infants to geriatrics.  Born and raised in the Rio Grande Valley, she received her Bachelor’s in Communication Sciences and Disorders at UTRGV and went to further her studies with a Master’s in her profession at Our Lady of the Lake University. 

 

Jennifer first integrated her leadership abilities at Village Healthcare and Rehabilitation in 2019 as Director of Rehab with significant growth shown in her therapy department and development of programming for both short and long term residents.  Jennifer specializes in dysphagia treatment as well as creating pathways paving the way for programs including Abilities Care Approach, Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation and targeted methods for improving interdisciplinary team collaboration.

 

Jennifer’s passion is growth within her community knowing the needs of others are substantially crucial for living a long, balanced and healthy life.  Her mission for POST RGV is to provide the best quality of care for every patient or client through dynamic programming, targeted techniques, and state of the art technology.
